Concerned with how to lose weight fast?  So are about 30 million people in the United States alone!  We are addicted to two things, finding the quickest way to lose weight and junk food.  Believe it or not, the first one is more damaging than the second!  When an overweight person is focused on finding the quickest way to lose weight, they are in the complete wrong frame of mind.  They search for the best diets to lose weight fast and find some that they can try.  Some even have success implementing these diets, but they have a difficult time maintaining them.
