Pocket Fold Wedding Invites

When you decide you want a pocket fold wedding invitation, be sure to explore all of your materials at length. The color that you will use as the main folder should be the main color that is featured in your wedding. There are many things to think about such as where your pockets will fold, if you want to use patterned paper or if you want to combine or layer different colored papers.

One way that you can design your contemporary wedding invitation sets is to create a tri-fold. While one portion might feature your wedding invite, another could feature a photograph of the wedding couple. The third portion could house the pockets. You may decide to build the entire folder out of patterned paper and then use a thick ribbon in a complimentary color to fasten the folder closed.

Another idea is to use a solid color through out and feature a beautiful ornament inside the folder. You may reference this ornament on each individual card and envelope in different fashions. As long as you keep the small decorative elements clear as representatives of the larger ornament that adorns the main folder, your design will be cohesive without being over done.

You may also want to experiment with layering different colored papers. Creating a floral silhouette cut out of a colored velum might be pretty. Think about layering different colors of white. White and cream pocketfold wedding invitations may be very beautiful with a subtle shift in color.

There are many variations you may arrange when designing a pocket fold wedding invitation. They offer your guests a glimpse of what to expect on your wedding day regarding style and give off a sense of organization and design. When tossing around ideas about your invitation, always be sure that your wedding invitation mail out represents who the two of you are as a couple. The best way to do this is to brainstorm about what colors best represent you and what style you want for your ceremony. What are your favorite things about eachother? These sorts of things will help you round up your ideas to modify your pocket fold design.
